About This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support to our management and operations teams. This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured yet dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems and records
- Handle incoming emails and route communications to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting when required
- Support project tracking and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and form processing
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- Part-Time: 1 to 4 hours per day
- Full-Time: 4 to 7 hours per day
- Pay Rate: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour

Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
