About This Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Inbound Call Agent to handle incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional support. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options for both part-time and full-time availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate product or service information
- Document call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction on every call
- Meet daily and weekly call handling targets
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- Part-Time: 1 to 4 hours per day
- Full-Time: 4 to 7 hours per day
- Pay Rate: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour

Requirements
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers
