About This Role
We are seeking a fast and accurate Typist Clerk to support our administrative and documentation needs. This is a remote, flexible role that is well suited for individuals with strong typing skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Type, format, and proofread a variety of documents including reports, letters, and memos
- Transcribe audio recordings, meeting notes, and handwritten documents into digital format
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized digital document storage and filing systems
- Review completed work for errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting
- Assist with draft preparation and document revision as directed
- Handle confidential materials with professionalism and discretion
COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
- Part-Time: 1 to 4 hours per day
- Full-Time: 4 to 7 hours per day
- Pay Rate: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour

Requirements
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to follow formatting guidelines and style standards
- Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in data entry or document preparation is a plus
